These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clarity Minds Institute website (claritymindsinstitute.com) and our educational services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Clarity Minds Institute is operated under ABN: 58 193 472 860.
"Institute," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Clarity Minds Institute. "You" and "your" refer to the individual accessing our website or enrolling in our services. "Course" refers to any educational programme offered by the Institute. "Content" refers to all materials provided as part of a Course, including but not limited to lectures, readings, assessments, and supplementary resources.
Our courses are available to individuals aged 18 years and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide during the enrolment process is accurate and complete.
Enrolment in a course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approval of a payment plan. Upon enrolment, you will receive access to the course content through our online learning platform. Access is granted for the period specified by your enrolment type: 12 months for individual courses, 18 months for Professional Bundle, and 12 months for Annual Membership.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and direct bank transfer. Fees are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect existing enrolments.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of enrolment, subject to the following conditions:
After the 14-day period, or if more than 25% of the content has been accessed, no refund will be provided. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All course content, including text, graphics, video, audio, assessments, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Clarity Minds Institute or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Digital certificates of completion are issued to students who successfully complete all required coursework and assessments. Certificates are issued by Clarity Minds Institute and represent completion of a professional development programme. They are not equivalent to university qualifications or accredited degrees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Minds Institute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Our courses are educational in nature and do not constitute clinical advice, therapy, or treatment. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not rely on course content as a substitute for professional psychological advice. Always consult a qualified mental health professional for clinical matters.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
