About Clarity Minds Institute

Founded in Melbourne in 2020, we are committed to advancing psychology education through rigorous, evidence-based programmes.

Our Story

Advancing the Science of Mind

Clarity Minds Institute was established in 2020 by a group of Melbourne-based psychologists who recognised a gap in accessible, high-quality continuing professional development for mental health practitioners and those seeking careers in psychology.

What began as a small series of workshops has grown into a comprehensive education provider offering eight specialist courses, serving over 2,400 students across Australia. Our curriculum is developed in consultation with practising clinicians, academic researchers, and industry bodies to ensure relevance and rigour.

We operate from our offices on Lonsdale Street in Melbourne's central business district, though our courses are delivered entirely online to provide flexibility for working professionals throughout Australia.

What Guides Us

Our Mission and Values

We exist to make high-quality psychology education accessible to professionals and aspiring practitioners across Australia.

Our Mission

To provide accessible, evidence-based psychology education that equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to make meaningful contributions to mental health and wellbeing in their communities and workplaces.

  • Academic Rigour — Every course is grounded in peer-reviewed research and developed by qualified psychologists.
  • Accessibility — Online delivery ensures professionals in regional and metropolitan areas alike can participate.
  • Ethical Practice — We model the ethical standards we teach, guided by the APS Code of Ethics.
  • Community Impact — We measure success by the positive outcomes our graduates create in their practice.

Accreditation and Standards

Clarity Minds Institute is a registered education provider operating under the Australian education framework. Our courses are designed to align with the continuing professional development requirements of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Psychology Board of Australia.

While our courses are professional development programmes rather than accredited degree pathways, they are developed to meet the standards expected by Australian regulatory bodies and professional associations.

All instructors hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent professional credentials, ensuring the highest standard of educational delivery.
