Our courses are designed for a broad range of learners, including practising psychologists seeking continuing professional development, allied health professionals, social workers, educators, HR professionals, and individuals considering a career in psychology. No prior psychology qualification is required for Foundation-level courses.

Our courses are professional development programmes designed to align with the continuing professional development frameworks of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Psychology Board of Australia. They are not accredited degree programmes. Upon completion, students receive a digital certificate from Clarity Minds Institute.

All courses are delivered online through our learning platform. Each course includes pre-recorded lecture content, readings, case studies, assessments, and access to a moderated discussion forum. You can study at your own pace within the access period for your enrolment.

Foundation-level courses have no formal prerequisites and are open to all learners. Intermediate and Advanced courses assume foundational knowledge in psychology, which can be gained through prior study or professional experience. Specific prerequisites are listed on each course page.

Individual course enrolments include 12 months of access. Professional Bundle enrolments include 18 months. Annual Membership provides access for the full 12-month membership period. Extensions may be available upon request.

Yes. Upon successful completion of a course, including all assessments, you will receive a digital certificate of completion issued by Clarity Minds Institute. This certificate can be used to demonstrate continuing professional development.

Yes. Our courses are designed for working professionals. The self-paced online format allows you to study around your existing work and personal commitments. Most students dedicate approximately 5 to 8 hours per week to their studies.

All students have access to email support and a moderated course discussion forum. Professional Bundle and Annual Membership students also have access to priority support and monthly live question-and-answer sessions with course instructors.

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of enrolment, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@claritymindsinstitute.com. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.

You will retain access to course materials for the duration of your enrolment period (12 or 18 months, depending on your plan). Downloadable resources, including readings and templates, are yours to keep permanently.

Yes. All of our course instructors hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or hold equivalent professional credentials such as membership of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) or the College of Clinical Psychologists (FCCLP).
